Can you work in apartment garages or parking structures? Yes — as long as security allows it and there’s enough space to safely work around the vehicle.

What if the parts are wrong or don’t fit? If the parts don’t fit, you can exchange them with the supplier. Labor charges still apply for returning to complete the job.

What happens if a bolt is seized or rusted? If a bolt is seized, rusted, or damaged, we’ll let you know before proceeding. Some situations may require additional labor or a replacement part.

Do you resurface rotors? We do not resurface rotors. Modern vehicles are designed for rotor replacement, which ensures better braking performance and safety.

Can you work in the rain or bad weather? Light rain is usually fine if we have enough cover. Heavy rain, storms, or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling for safety.

What if the job can’t be completed on-site? If we arrive and the job cannot be completed due to incorrect parts, unsafe conditions, or unexpected issues, a service call fee may apply.
